First Methodist Church has Built a Church Columbarium

A columbarium is a structure with individual compartments (niches) that offers a storage place for the cremated remains of a deceased human. Many people are seeking an alternative to in-ground burial that offers ECONOMY, beauty, and simplicity.

Cremation with a memorial (each niche includes an urn and decorative faceplate) in a columbarium is such an alternative. Cremation is a step in the care of human remains that, by returning the body to ash, accomplishes in a few minutes what nature takes years to achieve.
