We will honor/remember our Mothers on May 11 and Fathers on June 15 with an insert in the bulletin for each of those Sundays. Please complete the form and attach $1.00 for EACH NAME. You may turn in cash or write a check to MW/FMCW with Mothers and/or Fathers on the memo line. You may turn it in at the church office or place in the offering plate. The deadline to turn in the names for both Mothers and Fathers is Monday, May 5.
